Fall Forum - Chicago
Many of the MO members will be in Chicago November 4-6 for the Fall Forum. If you have never attended this meeting, it certainly is worth your consideration. See the ACA website for details. Your executive director will be in attendace.
Annual Meeting in the Spring See updates below
In the spring, 2010, your board has voted to join other units at a joint unit meeting in Bloomington/Normal, IL. Located on a couple of hours away, this meeting will provide our unit a unique opportunity to be a part of a large unit meeting. More vendors, more educational opportunities, better speakers and sessions, larger social event, more people to meet. You will enjoy this for next year. Your unit leaders felt this would be a good trial and perhaps plan this on alternate years with other units. The Indiana and Iowa units will probably be a part of this meeting also. If you would like to invite any of your vendors to attend this expo, please download this form and pass it along.
UPDATE April 21-23 2010 Annual Meeting, Normal, IL
Our annual meeting will be held April 20-23 at the new Marriott in downtown Normal, IL. This year's meeting will include several other units, IL, IA, and perhaps IN. Transportation to the meeting is available via Amtrak. The Amtrak station is about 200 yards from the entrance to the hotel. We will have a number to use for those who use Amtrak for a 10% discount on fares. This will be a great meeting, mark you calendar now. We will plan an ACA seminar during the meeting or the day before.
MCA Annual Meeting “Meet Me in St Louis” April 8-10, 2009
Our 2009 annual meeting was held at the downtown Hilton, 400 Olive St, St. Louis, Wednesday through Friday, April 8-10, 2009. Our next annual meeting will be held the first week in May in Bloomington (Normal), IL with the Illinois Unit. This will be our first "multi-unit" meeting held in a number of years. Train service is available from St Louis. Watch for further details on this exciting meeting.
